God Item Durability
Explanation of How God Items Take Durability.
God items experience the following reductions in durability loss compared to standard (vanilla) items:
- The raw durability loss is halved and capped at 3 durability points.
- If the item has less than 128 maximum durability points, this limit is further reduced to 1 durability point.
- A dice roll then determines whether to block the durability loss completely.
- The probability of blocking depends on the item's maximum durability.
For instance, items with low durability, like a golden sword,
have a higher chance of being protected than a netherite pickaxe.
Additionally, there are specific durability modifiers for certain items:
- Items tagged with 'Ultra Durable' receive additional protection.
- Items enchanted with mending receive less protection, as they are easily fixed.
- Specific god weapons, such as Descitus, Tempest, and Epirius, take increased durability.
During the Payload Event, the likelihood of durability damage is reduced by 25%.
Bulwark absorbs all post-reduction armor durability when held in either the main hand or offhand.
