Sun/Moon Praising

Players can vote to change the time of day and weather by typing in chat.

Moon God:

• Praising the moon god will turn day time to night. ("praise the moon")
• Cursing the moon god will turn night to day. ("curse the moon")

Sun God:

• Praising the sun god will turn rain to clear skies. ("praise the sun")
• Cursing the sun god will cause it to start raining ("curse the sun")

The amount of votes needed to make a change is 1/4 of the player count if there are
more than 16 players online, or 1/2 of the player count of there are less.

There is a global 2 hour cooldown for any vote.
